Effingham, SC Mr. Edward Kennedy Fitzgerald, 45, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015. Mr. Fitzgerald was born in Atlantic City, NJ. Survivors include his wife, Deetra W. Fitzgerald of Effingham, SC; mother Katie Jean Fitzgerald of Williamston, NC; four daughters, Chezna Fitzgerald of Waldolf, MD, Tyesha Fitzgerald of Waldolf, MD Seana Fitzgerald of Houston, TX and Davi James of Effingham, SC; one brother, Keven Fitzgerald of Plymouth, NC; two sisters, Karen Fitzgerald and Wanda Fisher of Williamston, NC; and three grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and from 11:00 am to 12 Noon on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at New Fellowship Church of Christ in Williamston, NC. The funeral will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at New Fellowship Church of Christ in Williamston, NC with Rev. Jerry Parker as the eulogist. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
