Mrs. Evelyn White Harris, 77, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 in Vidant Medical Center.
Mrs. Harris was born in Brooklyn, NY. She was a member of Mt. Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC.
Survivors include her husband, Rascoe Harris of Williamston, NC; one son, Dr. Adam W. Harris of Savannah, GA; one brother, Irving White, Sr. of Brooklyn, NY; one sister, Rosalie Clifton of Houston, TX; and two grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Friday, March 21, 2014 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and from 11 am- 12 Noon on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Mt. Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC.
The funeral will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Mt. Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC with Rev. Ernest A. Brooks, III officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
