Williamston, NC Mr. George Latham "Lone Ranger" passed away on Friday, November 4, 2011 at Pitt Memorial Hospital. Mr. Latham was born in Martin County. He worked as a shoe shiner and was a member of Faith, Hope and Charity Church in Williamston, NC. Survivors include a brother, John Gilliam of Williamston and a sister, Myrtle Hamrick of Williamston, NC. A visitation will be held from 1-5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the United Holy Church of Deliverance in Williamston, NC with Bishop Jerome Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Andrews Memorial Park, Williamston, NC.
