Williamston, NC Ms. Janice O. Mobley Bennett, 62, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in Vidant Inpatient Hospice. Ms. Bennett was born in Martin County. She was a member of Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC) in Williamston, NC. Survivors include her mother, Mary L. Mobley of Williamston, NC; one daughter, Nichole B. Williams of Williamston, NC; two brothers, Leonard Mobley, Jr. and Rudolph Mobley both of Ahoskie, NC; four sisters, Ollie M. Marshall of Woodbridge, VA, Blondell M. Bailey of Williamston, NC, Ruth M. Spruill of Williamston, NC, and Julia Moore-Stanford of Connecticut; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 3-5 pm on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC. The funeral will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, October 28, 2013 at Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC) in Williamston, NC with Pastor Derrick L. Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
