Mr. Kenneth Wiley Johnson

Mr. Kenneth Wiley Johnson, age 73, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024 in

Greenville NC. Kenneth was a retired educator of the Halifax County Public School System and an alumni of E.J. Hayes High School, as well as, Elizabeth City State University.

His survivors include his wife, Ms. Mary Catherine Johnson of the home; one son, Anthony “Boot” Johnson of Warner Robins, Ga.; one sister, Constance Boswell of Monroe, NC.;

19 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren, and one Great Great Grandchild.

There will be a public viewing held on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC.

There will be another viewing prior to his service at 12:00 noon on Saturday.

His funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 1:00p.m. at Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC with Pastor Russell Shaw officiating.

His interment will immediately follow the service in Andrews Memorial Park, Williamston, NC.
