Ms. Mary Johnson Coffield, 97, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 in Martin General Hospital.
Ms. Coffield was born in Martin County. She was a member of Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Annie Garrett of Williamston and Claretha Gillespie of Jonesboro, TN; one sister, Annie Johnson of Jamaica, NY; five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and from 12 Noon to 1:00 pm Saturday, December 31, 2016 at United Holy Church of Deliverance in Williamston, NC.
The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at United Holy Church of Deliverance in Williamston, NC with Rev. Vaughn Coffield officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews Memorial Park Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
