Phyllis Gail Gorham

Williamston, NC Ms. Phyllis Gail Gorham, 65, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 in Vidant Medical Center. Ms. Gorham was born in Martin County. She was a member of Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC). Survivors include one son, Clifton Gorham of Bristow, VA; one daughter, Pamela Williams of Williamston, NC; two brothers, Leonard Peele of Texas and Samuel Peele of Hamden, CT; six sisters, Carlene Harris of Greensboro, NC, Sarah Williams of Silver Spring, MD, Debra Messe of Washington, DC, Minnie Keyes of Fayetteville, NC, Shirley Bell of Williamston, NC, and Anita Henderson of Williamston, NC; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 2-5 pm on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC. The funeral will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC) in Williamston, NC with Elder Derrick L. Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Back Swamp Church Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
