Ronald Ellsworth Brown, Sr.

Mr. Ronald "Ronnie" E. Brown, Sr., age 66, passed away on April 1, 2021 in Vidant

Medical Center in Greenville, NC.  He was a member of Back Swamp Church of Christ and a

former employee of Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, NC.

His survivors include a son, Ronald E. Brown, Jr. of Winston-Salem, NC; a daughter, Shierina

Anjel-Fareed of Winston-Salem, NC; two sisters, Deborah B. Gale of San Antonio, TX and

Karen H. Dameron of Windsor, NC; and five grandchildren.

His walk through viewing will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at

Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC. A face covering and temperature check are mandatory

upon entrance.

His private funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11:00 am at Back Swamp Church

of Christ (DOC) Church in Williamston, NC with Pastor Derrick L. Wilkins officiating. Please check with the

family before attendance.

Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
