Williamston, NC Mr. Rudolph James, 86, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2015 at home. Mr. James was born in Martin County. He was a member of Union Town Church of Christ (DOC) in Jamesville, NC. Survivors include his daughter, Vanelle J. Barnes (Robert) of Maryland; brother, Oscar James of Philadelphia; a special grandson, Ronavis Whitfield of Williamston, NC; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren A visitation will be held from 1-5 PM on Friday, May 29, 2015 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and from 12:30- 1:30 PM on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Union Town Church of Christ in Jamesville, NC. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at 1:30 PM at Union Town Church of Christ (DOC) in Jamesville, NC with Bishop Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in the Respass Family Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
