Williamston, N.C. Mr. Sam T. Brown, 91, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at the Roanoke River Nursing Home in Williamston, N.C. Mr. Brown was born in Martin County. Survivors include two sons, David Brown of Williamston, NC and Melvin Biggs of Greenville, NC; one daughter, Patricia A. Daniels of Durham, N.C; two sisters, Norvella Hargett of Chesapeake, VA and Nellie Rogers of Williamston, N.C.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 2-3 p.m. on Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, N.C. and from 11 a.m. to 12 Noon on Monday, September 3, 2012 at Manson Mortuary Chapel in Williamston, N.C. The funeral will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, September 3, 2012 at Manson Mortuary Chapel in Williamston, N.C. with Bishop Bryant Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Andrews Memorial Park in Williamston, N.C.
