William Moore, Jr

Williamston, NC Mr. William Moore, Jr., 74, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Roanoke River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Moore was born in Brooks County, Georgia. Survivors include five sons, Lamont Moore of Greenville, NC, William T. Moore of Nashville, NC, Eddie Moore of Leesburg, VA, Eugene Moore of NY, and Arlo Speller of Windsor, NC; five daughters, Heather Moore of Williamston, NC, Chasity Rhodes of Wilmington, NC, Theresa Moore of Leesburg, VA, Nicky Moore of Williamston, NC, and Angela Smallwood of Williamston, NC; two brothers, Alexander Manning of Cave Spring, Ga and Preston Allen, Jr. of Valdosta, Ga; four sisters, Barbara Allen of Valdosta, Ga, Lillie Mae Johnson of Valdosta, Ga, Linda Holman of Valdosta, Ga, and Christine Armstrong of Valdosta, Ga; and 24 grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC and from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Green Memorial Church of Christ (DOC) in Williamston, NC. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Green Memorial Church of Christ (DOC) in Williamston, NC with Rev. Ricardo Hardison officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
